My approach to tutoring is to get to know the students individual needs and to understand the learning strategies that are most effective for them. In addition, I like to keep a fun atmosphere so the students feel comfortable asking questions about the material and enjoy the learning experience. Studying for the GMAT exam and pursuing an MBA has sparked my interest in tutoring students. Especially students studying for the ACT/SAT. I want to be able to use my test taking knowledge to help others improve their scores and set a sturdy foundation for their academic careers. I love working with kids and believe that all students have the ability to exceed when given the proper tools and opportunities to spark their interests and motivation.

I currently work full time as the rear seat structures operations buyer at Ford Motor Company. I am a part of the Ford College Graduate (FCG) program consisting of two 18 month rotations in purchasing. Outside of work, I find fulfillment volunteering for the Brain Tumor Association and the Western Golf Association Evans Scholarship Foundation. I also love traveling and believe it is very humbling to learn about other cultures and lifestyles around the world. In my free time I like to run, read and spend time with friends and family.
