- I spend my free time reading (about health, current events, sciences, etc.) cooking, kayaking (when the weather permits), browsing in antique stores and resale shops -I have tried my hand in painting but can't say I am good at it, just interested! -I am very much into holistic approach to health having a firm belief that we are 3-dimensional beings (body, soul and spirit) - I love to engage children and young adults in a conversation - I find their views and take on any situation refreshing, albeit amusing but always a learning experience for me
